  • OTA competitor's meeting Nov 9

Most years we have an open meeting of the OTA exec and Car Classification Committee with all competitors who chose to come.

This year, the committees do not have much to suggest to improve the series but if any competitor does, it would be great if we could hear from you now.

OTOH, if you are happy with how things are going (with the possible exception of the schedule which is unfortunately not up to us) you could also let us know that as well.

The only two things I can suggest are:

        1) Two events at TMP in 2020, with the series being a 5-of-7 season (assuming there's an event at the CTMP GP track again. This permits competitors to miss a weekend when there's two events (e.g. CTMP DDT or SMP) and make up for it by going to TMP two weekends.

        2) Start including the tires used by each competitor in the event results again, as was done in previous years. A small thing, but interesting to see who's using what. Also might be good to be able to show our sponsor, Toyo, assuming many competitors are using Toyo tires. (If most competitors don't use Toyo tires, then maybe this isn't such a great idea. :-( )
