    Studs update

    STUDS UPDATE..... WE'RE GETTING CLOSER FOLKS.

    Heard from Wiper-tec this morning & it appears they will be able to ship them no later than the 1st week of January. Hoping for b4 Xmas, but . . . . .
    It's going to be close for everyone, but, it looks like we're actually going to get them in time to stud for this season.

    Closer still, BUT, not likely to ship before Xmas.

      Another Stud Update.
      Here we are the week b4 xmas & i'm Praying that the studs ship by friday.
      To say this has been an exercise in Frustration Would be a Gross understatement.
      I retired 01 sep & have spent a bunch of time on this.

      I've no clue how Tom did this last year with a Full Time job.
      More Kudos to him than you can really appreciate.

      I'll update when i know that the shipment has left Finland & an anticipated ETA. They will still have to be weighed to get the 1000 (or 2) per person then figure out a delivery system.

        THEY'RE READY TO PICK UP!!!!

        Hope that the carrier is able to get there before 13:30 local Finland time Fri Dec 22, before they close till Jan 02......

            Well, the folks at Nippon Express have Guaranteed delivery of the studs on Fri Jan 05, before 4pm to me
            Please keep your fingers crossed.
            Then they have to be weighed / counted into appropriate quantities to distribute.
            Some of you may want to come to Brooklin to pick them up, others may want them shipped out (Russ Bond ?), or delivery to the track (at least one).
            I will be at the track jan 13, so arrangements could be made to get them then.
            In addition, those that have paid will be getting a refund on the money already paid to me.
            I sure do realize this is cutting it WAY too close to racing, however, i'm at least happy we're getting them at all this year.
