Newby Tire Question

I'm setting up a front drive car for the rubber to ice class but someone has said they may be going to a spec tire as I already have a tire sponcer and have been supplyed with tires I'm comcerned I don't want to have to go back for others.
When are the rules complete for the year coming?

No worries,rubber to ice has no spec tire.

Street stud class may have one though.

I have another Question that I can't find a answer to in the rule book it's about exhaust and the question is
Can the exhaust come out from the rear of the car or does it HAVE to come out from the side?
I was going to cut the tail pipe so it does't extend past the bumper this will keep my noise down .

Most cars it comes out of the end. You can put it out the side but it has to be a bit longer than your body which means it cannot be a weapon.

I think the rule states, or stated, that the exhaust has to extend past the body work and behind the driver.
