  • Re: Requests for Base Car list updates here

    John,

Regarding the Fiat 500 Turbo, here are the stock specs as I haven't changed the suspension yet (but will plan on it before the season, so the height will be a little lower than the below stock number):

    Height: 59.8"
    Width: 64.1"

So, I guess with those numbers the car meets that rule? Thanks for the help.

    Mike

Any chance of getting a 2011-2014 Fiesta SE/SES models classed? this is the 1.6 Na 120hp version (hatch if it matters)

        thanks

              Hello,

I have just finished building a Factory Five Type 65 Coupe and was interested in competing this season. I am using a GM LS 2 engine and have a curb weight of 2500 lbs.

Trying to get a few details for classification.
Is this a Gen 3 Type 65 coupe?
What is the stock OE hp of your LS2 engine (400?)? What car did it come out of, or is it a crate engine? If Crate engine who built it and what is the rated hp?
For Gen 3 Type 65 the weight I have is 2350 lbs. You mentioned 2500 lb so maybe your car is an older generation?
Has the car a Manual transmission or Auto?

                  Send reply in PM.

BRZ tS is in ccdb. PI of 65.1 so in GT3. When driver weight is added, it will be in GT4.

                        Hey all!

We had a 2018 Mustang with the ecoboost motor compete at our last event and were trying to figure out a class for him. Gt3 seems a bit low when we figured pax times. Maybe gt2? Id love to hear your input!

For a real PI( performance index ) we need curb wgt and OEM crank hp. Also are there any differences suspension wise from this car and the other 2018s?. T

Hey Dave, curb weight is 3532 pounds and crank hp is 310. Handling should be similar to other newer mustangs which is rumored to be quite well.

One other thing I would like to mention is the classing of the 2017 Camaro SS 1LE in gt1 and the 2012 Camaro ss 1LE in gt2. We had one compete at our last time attack and the pax times are way quicker than they should be. I believe the 2017 Camaro is a true SGT1 car and the 2012 is a high Sgt2 or low Sgt3 car. When i changed the car classes for scoring the pax times were much more consistent with other cars and drivers. Let me know what you think about changing these classes.

Hi there, i would like to know which class a 2017 BMW m240i would fall into, curb weight is 3519, 335 hp and 369 torque.
                                Thanks
