In fairness, I don't think 122 at SMP is representative of what a ZL1 would be capable of.

We ran low 123's in our 170hp GSR Integra Chumpcar with RS4's, no aero, coilovers and a curbweight of 2,230lbs.

    Hi,

The Camaro 1LE has not been re-classed for 2019.

I drove the Ontario Camaro 1LE in all 6 Ontario Time Attack events. I scored third to fifth in GT1 class in those events, so didn't dominate the class, to justify an upgrade.

Comparing the classification of the 650 hp ZL1 to the 455 hp 1LE in Stock trim, 70% of the base classification is based on the HP of each car, which should provide a relative difference in classes. The remaining 30% of base classification is a handling index which is identical for the two cars. The ZL1 driver was having issues getting the extra power down to the track, which could justify his slower times at SMP.

Wondering if the WCMA driver that was 5 seconds faster has other car changes to justify his faster times? Please PM me his name. I will see if there is any classification reason to justify his time difference.

    Regards,

Hi, has the OTA re-assessed the 2017-2018 Camaro 1LE?

One other thing I would like to mention is the classing of the 2017 Camaro SS 1LE in gt1 and the 2012 Camaro ss 1LE in gt2. We had one compete at our last time attack and the pax times are way quicker than they should be. I believe the 2017 Camaro is a true SGT1 car and the 2012 is a high Sgt2 or low Sgt3 car. When i changed the car classes for scoring the pax times were much more consistent with other cars and drivers. Let me know what you think about changing these classes.

Hey Dave, curb weight is 3532 pounds and crank hp is 310. Handling should be similar to other newer mustangs which is rumored to be quite well.

BRZ tS is in ccdb. PI of 65.1 so in GT3. When driver weight is added, it will be in GT4.
