Please correct the 2001 Mustang Bullitt GT, horsepower is 265, torque is 300. The base car list has horsepower at 420, I wish. Curb weight is correct.

    85 IROCs with M5 trannys had either a regular 305 LG4 or 305 HO, and had 155 HP & 190 HP respectively.

In 86, with the same configuration, it changed to 165 HP & 190 HP respectively. Mine is an 86 Z28 (same numbers as the IROC) so I'm requesting it to be added to the base list.

    Thanks.

P.S. - I see that the "Chevrolet Camaro Z28 (1985-1985)" is in there with a Factory Crank HP of 215 which is wrong. See above..it's either 155 or 190.

It may have made sense before the rules allowed updating suspension components, since the 99+ GT suspension was retuned...presumably better than the 94-98 GT years. However, as far as I know, the only non-tuning related change to the suspension of the 99, was wider rear axles, which could be installed into a 94-98. Additionally, I'd much rather have a stock 98 Cobra suspension than a stock 99 GT suspension. So the 99+ GT's rated at 50% while the 98 Cobra is at 45% is whack.

The end potential (full race setup) of the 2 suspensions is identical. Actually, it's even pretty close to the end potential of the 35% fox body setup.

Not necessarily a request, but I'm curious as to why the 99-04 Mustang GTs (50%) have a higher suspension rating than the 94-98 Mustang Cobra (45%)?

    ...Seems a little messed up.

    1995 Ford Mustang GT

A 1996 is listed, which is the same style as the '95, but has a 4.6L as opposed to the '95s 5.0L. They have the same horsepower rating, but I'm not sure what the difference in weight between the two is.

Doug, my guess is that you have a lot of engine PIPs in there (crank, cams, heads, intake, headers, modified carbs etc.)and likely would like to take the dyno plot option. For an NA car, it is nearly always to your advantage.

I assume your car is caged so you also want the race weight option.

Then we have to discuss suspension stuff. My guess (and I stress GUESS) is that all 3 rd gen F Bodies start at a suspension rating of 50%.

From what I have been finding Dave is right. The IROCs with the L98 350 were autos. The LB9 305 TPI motor was 230/300 with the manual tranny.

Dave, my 1985 has a 393 motor with carbs. I am getting a dyno/weight for the car but still want to see what the database does with PIPs.

The 383 would be built on a 350 motor. I think I can enter a motor swap to the L98 and PIP for mods. Correct?

Scott, I believe the 350 was only ever put in cars with automatic trannies and was never mated to a T-5 transmission.

From what I can gather, the engine power depends on the rear end ratio.
230 hp for cars with rear end ratio of 3.42 and 205 hp for other taller ratios.

If you have any other info , we would be glad to hear it.

Suspension rating would be 50% most likely but the CCC has to approve this.
