Roll bar requirements?

Hi, hope one of the officials can help me with clarifying rules pertaining to the subject. I've read the rule book, but it seems a bit vauge at least for my understanding. Hence, would greatly appreciate answers to the following questions:
1) Do I need to have fixed back seats? Or can they recline?
2) Do I have to have seats with an untisubmarine hole?
3) Do I need a 5 point harness? If not, does it affect #1 and 2?
4) What is meant by a "head restrain"? Does it mean a seat tall enough, or a hans device? Other?
Should I rather contact somebody directly! If so: whom?

Either Derrick or Myself.

head restraint- seat high enough is min, containment seat is the best

if using a 5 pt you need to cut the seat or have a seat with cut out. To use a 5/6pt rollover protection is min required, cage is best. Harnesses are not allowed without rollover protection.
