  • Final 2011 Time Attack Manufacturer Stats

    Distribution of Manufacturers in the Time Attack series after 9 events:

    Honda/Acura seals the victory with four additional cars for a total of 19. Chevrolet takes 2nd place over Mazda in 3rd place by virtue of a greater number of competitor-events (59 vs. 48). VW/Audi breaks the 3-way tie for 4th place with one additional car for a total of 9. At 8 cars each Ford in 5th place edges out Subaru in 6th place due to a greater number of competitor-events (43 vs. 30). Nissan, BMW and Others hold on to their repective totals and placement.

    The top 4 models are: 13 Civic variants (incl. CRX and CSX), 9 Corvettes (incl. Z06), 8 Mustangs (incl. GT), and 8 Imprezas (incl. WRX and STi).

    Very interesting. OK I am working on getting more Mazdas for 2012.
