I wonder if we could superimpose all the data, I've done that in excel with an aim data logger source and racechrono source, a bit of work but very interesting.
Congrats Ujjwal! The BMW just needs a little TLC.

If the tuner knows the car well, yes. If not, then not so much.

"jamesm" and "nelsmar" on ft86club have been getting great results N/A (and turbo) and will both do custom e-tunes on EcuTek (but not OFT, too slow and tedious).

I just flashed to the 93 octane OTS tune tonight and filled up with 94, I'll let you know how it runs once the ECU adjusts a bit.

I'm going to flash to the now public beta which includes a 93 octane tune and try it out as well.

My speed does read a bit low as well because I'm running 225/45's which are slightly taller than stock (or your 245/40's).

The best I could do was 160.6 Kph on the Pro track and 160.0 Kph on the Long track. Both days were windy and partly cloudy in the mid to high 20 degrees IIRC.

Will, were you running with an OFT tune? Or did you go back to stock tune?

I think torque has something to do with it. The FA20 puts out 200HP and 151LB/FT of torque. Correct me if I'm wrong but the BMW 328is puts out 190HP and 210LB/FT of torque in stock form if that's what you were running. We talked about the intake manifold mod but I don't think you installed it did you?

I imagine his should be pretty similar to mine... I hit an indicated 165km/h, but most laps were more like 162km/h indicated.

Hey Sasha how much do you think it slows you down when you wiggle back and fourth all the way up the back stretch.

Surprised to see you going slower in T2 than in T1. Is that typical of aero cars? My "best ever" minimum speeds would be about 140 in T1 and 154 in T2 (in the land of street tires and no aero). I would also consider the T2 minimum speed to still be underdriven, while the T1 minimum to be close to a good effort.

I managed to reach 180.2 KPH in another lap. The digital readout speedometer showed 182-183 KPH though.

I finally got to my lap timer log and pulled this graph from it. I didn't use the AIM track map report because it doesn't use the same corner reference points as Matt's track map shows. I pulled the speed data from the approximate location of Matt's speed labels and then generated the graph below.

My BRZ is completely stock with 245/40-17 BFG Rivals on Enkei 17x9 RFF1s.
