Grand Bend - facility questions

For those of you familiar with Grand Bend:

- how close is a local source of Ultra94?

- is there compressed air at the track?

- is there a shop at or near the track that can mount tires?

No ultra 94 anywhere near Grand Bend--so bring your own. Paul has race fuel at the track (think he also has 94 this year) but call track regarding price!!!

Air is available at track.

Only small private garage--don't think there are any official tire shops and may not be open on Saturdays.

At least 2 stations in Grand Bend...5km. Esso to the south of #81 on 21 and Shell (they have 91 ) to the north of #81 on 21 (near 83).

Another question, are we allowed to camp at the track from Friday onwards or is it only for the weekend, and where are we allowed to camp? Thanks.

Yes you can. Lots of space. There a 5th wheels right at trackside, so imagine pretty much where you like except on the actual track--but just ask at the gate--ask if the gate is locked at night, in case you want in and out. Paul and his staff at the track are great to deal with.
