  • Events 5&6 registered but unsure of classing for car

I'm registered for event 5&6 but I'm unsure of the classing for the car I'll be driving. Can I have it inspected and classed at the event or before the weekend?

It was previously a CTCC super touring car but now has a stock K20 engine. It only made 205whp.

The best bet is to email the CCC (email can be found on the CCDB site) any questions. You can also start filling in the PIP schedule based on what the car started life as and what all has been changed.

Was it an SI to begin with? If not, you'll have to start with whatever trim level and declare the engine swap.

Looks like SGT1 if I put everything in right.

Send user, John P a message about confirming your cars classification. he can answer any other question you have.

Yep, sorry... forgot the link earlier:

John will ask for comments to be added on everything to make it easier to determine if you've claimed something extra that you don't need. For the intake manifold question (5.0.A.1), intake systems before the MAF don't require this PIP. Not sure what all was changed, but you might get a point back.
