Selling my Mazdaspeed 3. Only selling due to another child on the way. I LOVE this car, and wish I didn't have to sell it.

A few details:
2nd owner, full service history available.
Never lapped or tracked in any way.
197 000 km
Krown rust proofed, garage kept since new.
OEM suspension replaced by the first owner at approx. 130k (with OEM Mazda replacement shocks, strut mounts and an alignment).
Purge valve replaced in 2013.
Interior is in excellent shape 9/10. LED dome and reading lights.

Exterior is in very good shape 8/10 with the usual chips for a 6 year old car. NO RUST.
Cobb intake with spare filter changed every 8k.

Oil changes done with Shell Rotella T6 every 6k.
I only filled up with Shell V Power and I get 8.4-8.6 l/100 km consistently.
No engine lights, car runs amazing, pulls hard, doesn't burn any oil.

Comes with 2 sets of rims -OEM Mazdaspeed gunmetal 18" wheels and Mazda 3 GT 17" wheels with winter tires. Both sets of tires need to be replaced but I will put brand new summer tires on to certify (hankook ventus evo k110 summers).

Comes with: OE air box, Mazda roof racks, Thule dual bike rack and Thule ski rack, summer and winter floor mats, cleaning solution for the Cobb air filter, brand new Mazda cabin air filter, 5L of Shell Rotella and an oil filter. Oil change was just done.

Car will be sold e-tested and certified for asking price.

Motivated seller!
Took the car in and it needs rear brakes and tires to certify. Taking it for an emissions test next week.

Selling as is (including e-test) for $6500.
