For those in the Toronto area, Motorama is coming up soon at the International Center on Airport Road, March 10,11,12. This is the show that combines the former race car show with hot rods and customs and many other types of cars. They draw a good crowd of car people of all ages and backgrounds from all across Ontario. It is a good time to look for new fans, racers and sponsors for our road racing and other activities and to that end, CASC-OR will have a booth set up, staffed by WRRC and members from various clubs. This year we will feature an F1200 from Matt Garwood with new graphics. Come out and support the show and your racing community. Stop by the CASC-OR booth and say hello, maybe spend an hour talking about your race car and build some new interest in our sport.
I just got back from Detroit where they are having their annual Autorama. The Detroit show draws many more people for various reasons: they have more people
the show is 65 years old and very strong, they draw cars from all over North America. Have a look at my photos to see what the show is like. The Toronto show will be smaller but should be just as much fun.
