SPDA AGM 2018 and Cone Crunchers Documentary

Attn: All motorsports enthusiasts, SPDA would like to invite you to a very special AGM.
Date is January 27th 2018
Location: Dave & Busters Hwy 7 and 400
Time: 4:00 - 7:00 PM

For all members attending the AGM, we have a special treat. We will be raffling off 4 sets of tires. You'll have to be there to win the first 3, but 1 set will be raffled off for people that can't attend.

For this AGM we're opening it up to all the motorsports enthusiasts. Back in 2005, a film crew followed 4 racing enthusiasts almost daily for 1 whole year. It chronicled their lives behind the scenes as well as their lives in motorsports. The producer / director is the special guest to this AGM and we'll be screening the documentary in it's entirety.

Please join us in welcoming Brad Karjama and the documentary "Cone Crunchers" to the SPDA AGM.

For those that are attending to see the documentary, there is NO charge to attend.
If you'd like to join us for dinner, and you're a member, the cost is 5 dollars / person and kids are free
If you're not a member of SPDA, the cost is only 20 dollars.

I won't be able to be there the whole time, but I might be able to drop in for the first hour and a half. What time is the showing planned? Do you guys have any sort of itinerary?

The plan is to have a shortened business reporting by discipline so we can get to the viewing quicker.

I think we're going to be starting the reports by 4:30, then dinner at 5:00 PM ish (may be 5:15 ish), and put the documentary on so we can maximize the indigestion we provide to the audience. LOL

Sounds like a great documentary movie! Do you have to be an SPDA member in order to be eligible to be entered into the tire raffle draw or is it open to all members who attend the AGM? Can I RSVP here on this thread? Thanks

Yes, you have to have been a member in 2017, but it's not too late for 2018, we give lots of stuff away.

As for RSVP, yes you can, just PM me with your full name, and we'll put you on the list. Let us know if you want dinner as well.
